WWD ARC-01

The WWD ARC-01 Table explores how structural expression can inform everyday objects. The upper surface and lower shelf are composed of finely spaced birch plywood veneer slats, whose warm grain and rhythmic spacing create a sense of lightness and transparency. Curved laminated side frames transfer loads directly from the tabletop to the legs, while the lower shelf provides light storage and additional stability. A slender steel crossbar further stiffens the assembly. Conceived as a study in efficiency and craftsmanship, the table demonstrates how simple materials and clear load paths can create an object that is both functional and visually refined.
