About WWD Studio
WWD Studio creates responsible architecture that transforms complexity into clarity and ideas into enduring places.
We believe architecture should do more than meet functional requirements, it should enrich daily life, strengthen connections to place, and endure changing needs and generations.
Led by Wing Wong, AIA, Founder and Principal Architect, WWD Studio brings together thoughtful design, technical rigor, and a commitment to lasting quality. Wing is a licensed architect in Maryland, Washington, DC, and Virginia, a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), and certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).
Our work is guided by a holistic approach that integrates design, building science, long-term resilience, and human experience. Every project is shaped by its context, climate, and the people who inhabit it.
We are particularly interested in creating healthy, energy-efficient environments that balance innovation with timeless design. Through thoughtful use of light, materials, proportion, and detail, we seek to create spaces that feel both inspiring and deeply livable.
Our Principles
Clarity
Simple, purposeful solutions that bring order and coherence to complex challenges.
Innovation
Thoughtful integration of technology, building science, and design to improve performance and experience.
Integrity
Honest architecture rooted in craftsmanship, environmental responsibility, and long-term value.
Our Approach
We view every project as a collaboration between client, architect, builder, and site. By carefully listening to our clients and understanding how they live, work, and gather, we create architecture that is both highly personal and enduring.
